COPYRIGHT NOTICE
Dear Visitor:
I wish to sincerely thank you for visiting my web site and viewing my work. I hope you clicked your way around the various pages and enjoyed what you saw and read.
We live in a society where it is necessary for me to protect my visual and intellectual property from those who would take it, use it and give nothing back to me for having created it. For this reason I have crafted the following statement for purposes of clarifying copyright issues as they pertain to my photographs and text on this web site. By entering this site you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this statement.
STATEMENT OF COPYRIGHT PROTECTION: All photographs and text appearing on the photoscapes.com web site, unless otherwise noted, are the exclusive intellectual property of Jamie Boynton, are copyrighted © and are protected under United States and international copyright laws. While I invite you to view the pages on this web site by way of the normal viewing process of your web browser, you may not download and save any information from this web site to any hard disk or any computer or otherwise copy, print or use any images or text presented herein. That is, without my written permission, you may not transmit, publish, reproduce, store, manipulate or alter in any way, including and without limitation any digitizing or synthesizing of the images, alone or with any other material, by use of any computer or other electronic means now or hereafter known. None of the photographs or text on this site is in any way a part of the public domain. Use of any image as the basis for another photographic idea or physical representation is also a violation of applicable copyright law. I will vigorously protect any infringement of these rights to the fullest extent of the law.
With all of that being said, the work displayed on this site is for sale. Please visit the image pages for information about purchasing fine-art prints and stock photography licensing.

NON-PROFIT WORK
I do on an occasion donate my time, expertise and equipment towards non-profit causes. The only allowable tax deduction for this work is transportation costs; zero deductions for my time and equipment; zero deductions for my education and experience. When requests for my non-profit work arrive from for-profit businesses, (i.e., newspapers, magazines, websites, retail/service/entertainment businesses etc.), they are charged industry standard rates and usage fees. If you are in need of for-profit work, please contact me and I will be happy to send you pricing reflecting your needs. If I photographed a non-profit event and the images are not available on this web site at this time, please contact me and I will have the files prepared and uploaded for you.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
